Happy Halloween

Hello everyone.  Happy Halloween !!!

We are going to visit with some friends tonight to celebrate Halloween - hope you all have fun tonight!

My lad doesn't like to go trick or treating and I got the idea to make a treat bag for him from Nic over at Coops Cluttered Corner blog.  Such a great idea - thank you Nic x

Here it is (sorry, the photo is not brilliant because it is quite large and I found it hard to photo)....

The Zombie boy is from Saturated Canary and the bat is a digi I won from Drawn with Character.  I coloured them both in with pro-markers, then cut them out and mounted them onto the bag.

Good Afternoon all.

It's been half term for my lad this week and my whole week is so out of sync lol.  He's not even off for just the week because on Monday it is Inset day, so he doesn't go back to School until next Tuesday.  He's not complaining though lol.  It will take me another week to get back to normal!

I got this really cool image from Stitchy Bear Outlet to use.  It's a lovely image to colour in.  I love how they both have matching sunglasses.  I have coloured the image in with my Pro-Markers and the papers are really old.  I purchased this pad when I first started cardmaking aaaggges ago.  It's Papermania for Him 6 x 6.  Everything else is just from my stash.

My card...

Isn't that little snowflake adorable!  This is the image I got to use from StampArt Design and it is called Frosty Friends.

I have coloured it in with pro-markers and used a little glitter on the snowflakes hat.  The papers are a mixture of Magnolia, Papermania and Wild Rose Studio.  The snowflake die is a Magnolia one and everything else is just from my stash.

You're So Special

Good morning everyone.  I've got a poorly kid off School today.  He's been battling a cold all week and it's got the best of him now, so time for him to rest and chill.

I've got a very girly card to share today.....

Told you it was girly lol.  This is an LOTV stamp ive had for ages and is coloured in with Pro-markers.  I added pearls to the bouquet.  I actually didn't plan too but the ink had smudged here, so the pearls are doing a good cover up job lol.  The papers are a mix of Doodlebug and Wild Rose Studio.  The flowers and lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  Everything else is just from my stash.

Arctic Friends

Good morning everyone.

Brrrr - it's a bit chilly this morning and foggy.  I actually do love Autumn weather.  It feels crisp and fresh!

I have a chilly card to share with you.....

Yes it's another Digi Stamp Boutique image.  I caved and treated myself to another Christmas Digi Stamp set called Arctic Fun Set lol.  Who could resist, these cuties are just too adorable.

I've coloured these in with Pro-Markers and my blender pen.  The papers are freebies from a craft magazine (froms some time ago).  The snowflakes are made with a Magnolia Die and that lovely big purple gem and gingham ribbon are from the Works.  Everything else is just from my stash.

Winter Friends

Good morning all.

WOW was I tired yesterday.  My Aunts funeral was sad but beautiful on Wednesday.  She had a lovely send off.  That travelling though really wore me down though, but I made it there and back in one piece :)

I have a really fun card to share with you today.  I love this image, such fun to work with.  It is from Bugaboo and it is called Winter friends.

I coloured the scene in with Pro-Markers and the papers are Magnolia 12 x 12s.  I die cut my snowflakes with a Magnolia die.  I stamped the sentiment with a free stamp that I got from a crafting magazine ages ago.
The big gem is from the works and everything else is just from my stash.

Winter Stanley Strikes Again

Good morning all.

I am managing to get a card up today as my lad is playing on the computer so I am on the other computer, keeping him company :)

Im a bit tired today as over the weekend I had a friend and her lad come over for tea.  I cooked Jambalaya for us (including my fella) and just had a nice time catching up, but it wore me out lol.  My friend loved the Jambalaya so much that she took the recipe.
