I have read quite a few times that a lot of us crafters started out cross stitching? Did you?
I remember I started in 1995 and the first mag I bought was Cross Stitcher. The free gift was a little bunny bookmark. I did the bookmark and then I did a rabbit picture from one of the patterns and I was hooked.
I still love Cross Stitch but find it a little time consuming. You get such a quick fix making cards.
Thought I would share with you this little Christmas Fairy. She is made from a small kit from DMC and I haven't decided what to make her into yet.

Thank you so much for looking and I hope you have a great evening
Oh yes Michelle, I am one of those crafters that started out with cross stitch, in fact I still have several magazine boxes full of old Cross Stitcher and Quick and Easy Cross stitch magazines that I don't have the heart to recycle. I love your adorable little Christmas fairy, she would look cute padded out and made into a bauble!! xx
