Santa Baby & A Little Something I'm Very Proud Of

Good morning crafty friends.  I hope you are enjoying your day so far.

First of all (before I share my card), I want to share the A Little Something I'm Very Proud Of ... Kris from Imagine That Digis asked me could she use a previous card I made for her Digi Stamp Store and of course I said YES - this is the link Ice Cream Boy.  What an honour that she noticed and liked my card.  (Mines the one with the stars on the bottom). Good morning crafty friends.

The weather has gone really warm again hasn't it?  I was getting my warm clothes out as it was getting cooler and lo and behold, the weather's changed again?????

Anyhow, I have a card to share.  On the blog of one of my crafty friends, Sarah, she used a lovely Woodware large word stamp and I loved the card she had made with it.  The word she had chosen was cake and decided to get a Christmas one (well actually I got two - the other to be shown sometime in the week lol) .....

Yesterday, we had a lovely day out with my friends who came to visit me.  We went for a long walk to a place called Solomon's Temple (in Buxton, Derbyshire).  Although it is a lovely place the walk actually nearly killed us.  Guess we are getting older lol.  In fairness it is a very steep climb to get to the temple!  That's my excuse anyway!

Happy Birthday Friend

Good afternoon all.  Hope you are all well.  We had a really nice Bank Holiday yesterday.  The Buxton Spring Fair was on and we went to that.  It didn't have much for kids, but it was still a nice day.

Onto my card...

This is a Woodware Clarissa stamp and I have used a combination of pro-markers, gems and Candi to fill it in.  It stamps beautifully this stamp.
