Oldie But A Goodie Challenge - School's Out

Good morning everyone.

This is my last card as GDT for Oldie but a Goodie. Thanks for having me :0)

The theme is School's Out, so I made a thank you card for my son to use on his last day. We will probably make a cute little bracelet to go with it.

Remember that something on your card has to be 6 months old. My pearl gems, card and paper are 6 months old.

Here is my card....

Well I showed this card to my son and told him I made this for his teacher and he was horrified. He said he can't give this because it's got a flower on it lmao!! I explained his teacher is female so she would love the flower. He just wasn't buying into that, so I will print out a cool Kenny K image for him to make his own card (no flowers!). He's only not long turned 8 and wants to look cool and to him this card is not cool - it's so funny really. I wasn't expecting all this until he was 10!

This cute little image is from Crafty Sentiments and the papers are a mix of Echo Park 12 x 12 and Papermania 12 x 12.

I punched my butterflies and added pearl gems to the centre of them and the flower. The sentiment is computer generated.

New Oldie but a Goodie Challenge with a Fabulous Prize

Good morning crafters. Hope you are good.

Today there is another challenge over at Oldie but a Goodie. The theme this fortnight is Baby. It's always handy to have some baby cards at the ready I think. So go on, come and join in!

Don't forget to use something on your entry that is at least 6 months Old.

This fantastic image and sentiment is from Bugaboo stamps and is a firm favourite of mine. So funny and so true. You can find this sweetie here. I did this design in blue earlier this year and decided I needed a pink one at hand, just in case lol.

My Second GDT Card for Oldie but a Goodie Challenge Blog

Good morning everyone. Hope you are all well. I'm still a little nauseous from my migraine but much better. Tomorrow will be a fabulous day as I feel this will be the last day of being ill!!! Better had be lol

My Card...

I chose to make a Father's Day card with this cute little LOTV stamped, coloured in with pro-markers. The papers are My Mind's Eye Asparagus. The burlap is from the Works. The frame is Spellbinder Floral Ovals. Everything else you see is just from my stash.
