Hunkydory Floral Breeze Birthday Card

Good afternoon crafty friends.

I am off work at the mo because a stomach bug is working it's way around my family.  It started with my Son who was sent home from his School (2nd week in Year 7!!!!) and then it got to me and his dad.  Very unpleasant indeed.

I have a card to share...

This card is created with Hunkydory's Floral Breeze collection which came free in a papercrafting magazine.  I just added the gold miri card, ribbon, buttons and gems.  A very pretty 5 x 7 card.  Going to give this to my mum for her birthday in October.  Will just stick gold "mum" sticker on.

This is an old stamp of mine from Wild Rose Studio and is a firm favourite.  She is coloured in with ProMarkers.  The gorgeous die-cut borders are made using my birthday gates and I think they look stunning.

Hunkydory Butterfly and Brandon Year 7

Good morning crafty friends.

Hope you are all good today.

Brandon started Year 7 today (first year of Seniors) and he looked so handsome in his uniform....

He enjoyed his first day and was very keen to go to School this morning.  I wonder if this will last lol!

My lovely neighbour Yvonne knows I like cardmaking and she gave me lots of cardstock that she had.  She decided she wanted to have a go at cardmaking a while back and bought some goodies off Create and Craft TV.  The only thing is, when she tried it, she couldn't take to it.  She kindly gave me the items she'd bought (Hunkydory and gorgeous card blanks).  I decided I would make her the first card as a thank you from the what she gave me.  She was over the moon and here it is....

Really easy and fun to do!
