Up Right Z Fold Card with Pretty Butterflies

Good morning all - hope you are having a good day.  We still have snow stuck to the ground, but I'm not bothered as used to it now and besides my son loves it!!

Anyhow I found through a blog owned by Coops Cluttered Corner a fantastic tutorial to make an upright Z easel card the link is HERE  .

I had such fun making this card.  The mechanism (circle & brad) holds the card upright, as without it the back just falls away.

I used a digi stamp I found on Pinterest and coloured in with my promarkers.  The papers are Prima and Crate Paper.  The flowers are WOC and the ribbon, brad and glitter are just from my stash.  The leaves I made with a Marther Stewart border punch.

Good morning all - as you can see we have a ton of snow here - actually we have snow drifts - my son Brandon's loving it as his School is still closed.  At this moment in time he is happily playing upstairs with his friend Jack.

My card is for my mum.  It's an LOTV image coloured with promarkers.  The backing papers are Pink Petticoat digitals, the flowers and brads I've had for ever, the sentiment is a freebie from a mag, the ribbon is from Mei Flower Crafts.

Hannah Lynn Butterfly Keeper

Hi everyone - hope you have all had a good day.

This card is using a my new rubber stamp - Hannah Lynn, Butterfly Keeper.  I know she has been out for a long time, but she is always sold out when I try to buy it from Crafts and Me.  But never mind, I have now lol.

I coloured her in with my pro markers and the circle bit I added glossy accents sprinkled with glitter.

The papers are Spring papers from Cardmaking and Papercrafting magazine.  You should go and buy this issue, cos these papers are beautiful, plus there are some free sentiments thrown in too.

The sentiment is computer generated and the flowers and gems are just from my stash.

Finally, I used a pretty corner die.

Sweet Mother's Day Teddy

I have here, another Mother's Day card.  The image is Wild Rose Studio Milton Teddy (coloured with pro markers), and I have a few Milton Teddy stamps as I find them really versatile for different occasions.  I think the papers are My Mind's Eye, but quite old collection of papers.  The ribbon and charm are from Mei Flower Crafts and the sentiment is Dovecraft stamps.

Good wet and rainy morning to you all.

I made this card at a cardmaking workshop held in Poole's Cavern, Buxton, which I really enjoyed attending.  Can't wait for the next one.
The image is a Kanban image and Jo who held the class, had us make our own background paper using sequin waste and distress ink (Tim Holtz).  I have added some glossy accents to the rose petals.

Flutterby Butterfly

Good morning everyone.  Like everyone else, I am suffering with a bad cold.  I've had it for over two weeks now :0(

Anyhow, this card I made for my Sister's birthday.  The stamp is a Hero Arts one and the papers are Memory Box Viola.  The card is Bazill.  I have coloured the gorgeous butterfly in with pro-markers and decoupaged it.  I have also used purple Hunkdory glitter on bits of the wings.  Everything else is from my stash.

Men Only Card

Good morning everyone.  Will have to be quick on here as my son Brandon is getting impatient to get on here and play his game.

Yesterday, we went to see Wreck it Ralph and it was great.  We also went to McDonalds afterwards which is a treat for us.  At the moment we all have colds!

This card was made using Paper Mania Chronology CD and Stamps.  The twine, backing card and owl charm are all from my stash.
