Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge #371

Good afternoon crafty friends.  Have you hear the cold spell is coming back.  It is being called the Beast from the East No. 2 - I hope they are wrong lol.

There is a fabulous challenge over at Penny's starting today and the theme is
Anything Goes.  Please come along and join in the fun.

Here is my contribution...

Once again, I have used scraps to decorate the background (I have so many scraps).  I just die-cut circles this time!  My image is from Imagine That and is coloured with promarkers.
