Surprise!!!

Hello everyone.  We still have snow and ice on the ground but it didn't snow overnight.  My lads School re-opened today (it closed yesterday) and he was gutted lol.  I can read in my comments how some of you have really hot weather at the moment or really cold (or extremely cold), depending on where you are.  So whatever type of weather you have, I hope you are all staying safe and taking care of yourselves.  I love the snow though, just don't like when it turns to ice!

Baked You a Cake by Pokadoodles

Good sunny morning crafty friends.  Are you enjoying the heat or flagging a bit?  I struggled a little yesterday as I was very busy so was having a bit of difficulty breathing in the heat.  My poor lad and his dad still have their hayfever.  Brandon seems to be really struggling with it poor soul.  His first year of feeling this bad with it :(

I created a shaker element to go with this adorable image from Polkadoodles which is coloured in with ProMarkers.  It is called Baked You a Cake and can be found here.  I stamped the sentiment (which is part of a freebie set from a magazine) inside the shaker element.  My papers are LOTV Nitwits and I have die-cut my fence, leavers and butterflies.  My flowers are from the Ribbon Girl.

A Spring Card

Good afternoon everyone.  Hope you are all well.

It's been a while since I've been on but I'm really please I can share a card with you today.

Brandon's SATs ended Friday gone and they went OK.  He got through them without a hitch and I'm proud of them.  They were extra hard this year, even the Teachers were worried!

Anyhow, here is my card to welcome in Spring as we have had some nice weather this past week and I hope you all have too.....

My sweet image was purchased from Polkadoodles and I have coloured her in with ProMarkers.  My papers are LOTV NitWits and the flowers are from Hobbycraft and the Ribbon Girl.  (The ribbon is also from the Ribbon Girl.)  My sentiment is computer generated and I have die-cut the swirls with the flowers.  The gems are from the Works and button from my stash.

HA HA HA JUST REALISED THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF HER HAIR SHOULD BE A PETAL. TOO FUNNY!!!!
