Not So Scary Halloween Card

I'm off to Liverpool tomorrow to go shopping with my lad and we are both excited.

I thought I would get a Halloween card on here before it is too late and here it is....

This is definitely not a scary witch and she is coloured in with ProMarkers.

Big Black Boots

Good afternoon everyone.

Isn't this weather strange?  We have rain, then very warm sun (for a minute), then dull and cloudy.  The weather doesn't really know what to do with itself.

Well I know what to do with myself today, and that is to share this card with you.....

This is another image from the Complete PC Cardmaking CD.  I love her hairstyle!  She's coloured in with ProMarkers and the papers are NitWits "A Pefect Pear".  The flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts.  The corners are from a Whimsy Die Cut Corners Set.  I made the butterfly with a Martha Stewart Punch and the button, ribbon and gems are from the Works.

Little Miss Pouty

Good morning all.  Are you all getting ready for the long bank holiday?  The kids are also on half term here next week which also means I'm off work as well :)

Today I am sharing this card I made with a Saturated Canary image from the Complete Cardmaking CD Rom.

She's a cutie and I have coloured her in with ProMarkers.  The papers are NitWit (Petal Fresh) and the flowers are from Wild Rose Studio.  The doily, buttons and gems are from the Works.  I made the star with a Sizzix Bigz die.

Saturated Canary Bowie

Good morning everyone - i'm currently sitting on top of our radiator as I am so cold.  Really hope you are all a lot warmer than me.

I've done a card using my new SC Bowie stamp again.  Last time I had used a really muted colour scheme.  This time I wanted to see what she would look like with a bolder colour scheme.  I really like how it's turned out.  You can see it too well in the photo but her dots on her bow are done with black glitter, which actually doesn't sparkle much.

As usual, coloured in with my ProMarkers and the papers are First Edition J'adore 6 x 6 paper pad.  Everything else is just from my stash.

Bowie

Good morning everyone.  Im still nursing this virus I've had since before the New Year.  Really hoping it buggers off soon lol.

I treated myself to a new rubber stamp by Saturated Canary.  It is called Bowie and I couldn't resist her as she made me laugh because my hair was exactly like that when I was little, minus the huge bow :)

Here she is...

 She's very sweet don't you think.  I have coloured her in with ProMarkers and the papers are a mix of 12 x 12s.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the doily is from Scribble and Scrap.

Have a Hoot on your Birthday - Saturated Canary Owl Always Love You Image

Good morning everyone.  Hope you all good.

Me and Brandon are having a little computer time then we are off to the mud dips on his bike.  Before we go though, I would like to share this card...

This image is called Owl Always Love you by Saturated Canary and I really love her sweet face and that darling little owl.  The papers are Echo Park Happy Together 6 x 6 pad.  The corners are a Whimsy Die Corners set.  I have embossed the red paper with my Cuddlebug Swiss Dots folder.

Yellow and Blue will Definately Do

Good morning all.  Have you got rain today?  It's trying to rain a little here but still feels humid.

I have a bright card to brighten this dull day though.  It's nice to try a different colour combo as I haven't used blue and yellow before.

Here it is....

It is a sweet Saturated Canary image I have chosen for this card.  I coloured her in with pro-markers, although I'm not too chuffed with how I have coloured her hair.  Practice, practice, practice I think.  The papers are LOTV Petal Fresh 8 x 8.  The yellow flower was part of a prize I won from Flourish with a Bling and it was white.  I coloured it in with a yellow pro-marker to tie in with my colour combo.  The die cut I used for the other flowers and the leaves where a freebie from a mag and I bet most of you out there has it lol.  Everything else is just from my stash.

Vintage and Modern Mix

Good sunny morning all - hope you are all having a good morning so far.  I don't have much planned today, but I have a friend visiting with her kids so that will drive me around the twist, actually I mean that will be nice lol.

This card I was experimenting with.  Mixing a modern image with vintage papers.  I did try and give the image a more vintage look by colouring over what I had already coloured with an Ivory pro marker.

Im not really sure what I think about this card, I'm torn about it.

Anyhow, image is Saturated Canary coloured with pro markers.  Papers are from the Works (99p for a 30sheet 6 x 6 pad - you should get yourself along there:0)).  I have distressed all edges (card and paper) with my Tim Holtz distressing too.  Flowers and gems are from my stash and the sentiment is computer generated.

Reading Beauty

Good Morning all - I had to drop my laddo at School earlier today as they are leaving the School early to go on a trip to Manchester museum and a synagogue, he's a lucky boy!  They come back a little later too!
No snow or frost today, which is good:0)
Anyhow this card was created using a Saturated Canary digi stamp called Reading Beauty.  I have coloured her in with pro-markers and the papers are from Wild Rose Studio.  The flowers are WOC and the rest of the items are from my stash.
